How We Handle Your Details.

What we collect

• The enquiry form. Your name, your email address and your project details are required. Your business name and phone or WhatsApp number are optional. You also choose the service you are interested in.
• Technical details sent with the form. The page you sent it from, the time it was sent, a random reference number, and how long the form was open. We use these to avoid duplicates and to block spam.
• WhatsApp and phone. If you message or call us, we see your number and what you write or say. WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to that chat.
• Visit statistics. This site is set up to use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to see which pages are viewed and which buttons are used, such as WhatsApp, phone and the form. GA4 only runs when it has been switched on for the site. See "Cookies" below.

There are no accounts or logins on this site, and it does not take card payments. It does not run advertising pixels.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and, if you want one, prepare a proposal.
• To keep a record of enquiries so we can follow up.
• To protect the form from spam and misuse.
• To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it (only when analytics is switched on).

We do not sell your details.

Who helps us handle it

• Google. Form enquiries are saved in a private Google Sheet and sent to us by Gmail, using Google Apps Script. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics also receives visit data.
• Cloudflare. It hosts the website and sees technical details such as your IP address when your browser loads a page.
• WhatsApp (Meta). Only if you choose to message us there.

We share your details with these providers only so the services above work, or if the law requires it.

Cookies

The pages and the enquiry form do not need cookies. When Google Analytics 4 is switched on, Google sets analytics cookies in your browser (for example one named _ga) to tell visits apart. You can block these in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on for your browser, and the site will work as normal.

How long we keep it

We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to reply, prepare a proposal and keep our records. We delete it sooner if you ask.

Ask us to see, correct or delete your details

Message us on WhatsApp or call +92 322 3010800, or use the contact form and say that you want your details removed. We will remove them from our enquiry sheet and from the notification emails we hold, and tell you when it is done.

Changes to this page

If the way the site works changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
